I have a question about an order.

There is a product I want to purchase but I don't see it in the shop. Can I still purchase it if I email you a request?

If it is not listed in our retail shop then we will not be able to sell it to you. The item may be available at one of our retailer's locations. Please visit our stockists page.

Where can I find my receipt / purchase order invoice?

A link to download your receipt can be found in the order confirmation email which you will receive shortly after placing an order. 

What if my order is a gift?

We never include invoices with your order so the recipient will not see the price. You can add a message for the recipient at checkout which will be printed on the packing slip. We do not offer gift wrapping services, however all orders are hand packaged with great care and aesthetic consideration. 

Can you write a custom note inside of a greeting card and mail it for me?

No, sorry, this is not a service we can provide. You will have to snail mail your own card!

Who do I contact if I want to feature Paper Pony on my blog or publication?

Please email shop@paperpony.co for all press inquires. Please inquire before taking images directly from site.

Can I hire you to make my own artwork into a card, pin, etc?

No, sorry, we don't take on these type of custom projects.
